At Crossroads Care we provide support and services for people with care needs as well as their unpaid carers. Our vision is that in our areas of operation, every person with care needs and their unpaid carers have access to caring, safe, skilled, and effective support services to live a fulfilling life.
We provide home care and additional services on a not-for-profit basis so you will always know that our motive is to support you and your family live your best lives. To ensure we do this, we make sure that we listen to you. You and your needs are at the heart of all our care provision, so all our care is designed around you as an individual or family. We want our services to respond to the needs of carers and the people they support, offering peace of mind and understanding.
We are trusted to provide care in all the areas we serve by private individuals as well as both the NHS and the Local Authority. We have over 40 years’ experience in care delivery for people of any age, with varying needs. We have specialist care teams delivering care for children and families and older people. We employ care workers with a wealth of experience and expertise, so we can cater for people with specialist needs, as well as less complex, more general care.
Crossroads Care is a registered charity, and we fundraise to provide free support for people using our services as well as other unpaid carers. We are a part of the National Network supporting carers: Carers Trust, and benefit from the Network’s expertise and support. As a part of Carers Trust, we also raise awareness of carers’ needs and support that is available to them. Carers using our service may benefit from the Carers Funds Programme.
We raise awareness of the needs of carers wherever we are able.
If you live in Oxfordshire, West Berkshire or the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead you can access our services.

"Crossroads Care has been brilliant. I first used them to support my mother who has dementia. This was to give my dad some support. When it became apparent that mum needed to go in a care home, I kept on the team to help dad as he was becoming frail. Jazz and the ladies have been so supportive, not just giving my parents help but also friendship. I know my dad appreciated the visits when he was left on his own in the house... I can’t recommend Crossroads care highly enough..."
