Come and join us in Abingdon at PELM. This is a great group for people living with Parkinson’s. It’s special because we have a LIVE PIANIST and PHYSIOTHERAPIST so we can safely stretch and move together to music. Transport is available and qualified CARE WORKERS from Crossroads Care are on hand to assist those that need it.
The group is not just about exercise, it’s a chance to socialise and gives the opportunity for any carer at home to have a few hours away from their caring duties. Tea and biscuits are obligatory. A pay-what-you-can scheme is in operation. ###WE NEED VOLUNTEERS ###
