Thank you to everyone who supported us and kindly donated this Monday at the Royal Windsor Racecourse. The first time many of us had been to live racing, it was very exciting!
Our stall was a bit out of the way as the weather was so WINDY, but the volunteers had a great time meeting old friends of Crossroads as well as introducing us to new people too.
When not manning the stall, staff did take the opportunity to watch the horses and Caitlin from our Windsor office had her first ever flutter winning a whopping £13!
The £111.14 raised will be donated into our Flexi-carer fund. This fund is used for the various needs of unpaid carers, from emergency care to peer support groups and everything in between.
