We can provide you with a FREE Personalised Carers Break through our Early Intervention Service.
We provide a care worker for a few hours during the day to give you a break. This is intended as just a little “me-time” to rest, play or get things done. How would you use the time?
We think we will be able to support around 56 carers and deliver around 1500 hours of care over the year.
