Whether you are looking for care for a loved one, or organising care for yourself, we can help guide you through the process, all you need to do is contact us.

Hourly Care

If you choose our hourly care provision, we can arrange for our trained care workers to pop in at certain times of the day or night to give support as and when you need it.  This is a great option if you need shopping done once a week or assistance in getting up every morning. We can support you in choosing what you need to keep safe and well. We can even take you for trips out, it is totally up to you. We support people taking art classes as well as those who want to get out to the garden centre. We want to enable you to live your best life.

The Process

The first step in the process is to arrange a free home visit. One of our care managers will visit you and any of your carers at home at a convenient time for you. Together we can create a bespoke care plan just for you. Don’t worry, you can speak to your named care manager to tweak things if it doesn’t suit you perfectly straight away.  They are always here to listen to you if you have any change in care needs, issues or concerns.

Staff Skills

All our staff are handpicked for their caring disposition.  After going through our vigorous recruitment checks (including an enhanced Data and Barring Service check), we make sure they are trained and skilled in all aspects of care. For example, maintaining privacy and dignity when delivering care and ensuring people with care needs are always treated with respect.  You can see the basic training our care workers do here. If your needs are more complex, we can provide further skills training as necessary.
