Matt had not found a specific career path until he found Crossroads. The way he cared for his grandmothers gave him an inkling that he might be good at care. Crossroads gave him the chance and training to be a care worker.  Matt and his manager soon realised he was extra good with children and trained to deliver care for our children’s team. He has been with us now since 2010.
