Recruitment

"When you work with Crossroads you join the Crossroads family. They look after staff and service users alike. That’s why I have stayed for so many years!"

Crossroads Care is more than just a care agency. We are a charity and Network Partner of Carers Trust. We look after people with care needs, and their unpaid carers. We arrange home care but, as a charity, we also fundraise and deliver free carers breaks, holidays, outings and activities for young carers and children with care needs.

We manage with a heart, so if you work with us we will always try to support you in any way we can and offer the best pay and working conditions possible. You can work a timetable that you choose around your other commitments for a great work life balance. That is why we are a great team.

Please see below for information about the range of roles at Crossroads Care Oxfordshire, West Berkshire, and Windsor and Maidenhead.

Please get in touch to discuss any of our roles:

‘’I am very grateful for the service you are providing. The excellent Carers are very sensitive to my needs and do all they can to assist my daily living. Special mention of Beth; she would do well as a teacher of the art of caring. My mornings start very well with a hot bath, which is my first thought each. day. Please pass on my gratitude to all the team.’’
